About Lean Enterprise China
Lean Enterprise China (LEC) is a research organization aimed at promoting and educating Lean
Thinking in China and assisting enterprises to practice Lean transformations. LEC is the soly
authorized entity in China of Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI), the global lean leading organization
located in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. LEC is one of the 14 global affiliates of Lean Global Network.
The LEC team is led by Dr. Marcus Chao, President and Chairman. Marcus was the President
of Delphi China during 1995 - 2001 responsible for China footprint and business development.
LEC is equipped with a local talent team with global vision and international lean practice. We
can offer services in consulting, training, conference and books., Through the years, LEC has
developed an unique approach that emphasizes on building client’s lean capability. In contrast
of many traditional third-party consulting service by only providing a temporary “band-aid”, LEC
helps our clients to build its own lean core team. LEC wants to build a long term partnership with
our clients and to grow our business during the lean journey.
