(1) Long-Term Lean Partnership:
We offer guidance to the top management teams of organizations with existing Lean implementation systems and basic Lean
project management and execution power, to let them grasp the general direction of Lean transformation and improvement. Senior
experts from LEC will provide mentorship to and exchange ideas with top management teams who encounter problems in Lean
thinking fulfillment or tactical implementation of the “pull” strategy. We cover topics such as establishing strategic operations
system, investment, product development, personnel development, business expansion, new factory setup, supply chain
management, supplier development, etc. Partnership service also includes knowledge sharing and collaboration with institutes
and organizations in their scientific research and educational work on Lean management. Our long-term Lean partners can also
receive other services via LEC’s Lean platform, including but not limited to preferential treatment when attending Lean summits,
Lean salons or purchasing Lean books.
(2) Project-Based Lean Transformation Consulting:
The purpose is to help guide Lean transformation projects in organizations that have clearly defined purpose of self transformation
and improvement as well as fixed schedule and KPI of achieving targets, but are constrained by factors like executors’ Lean
experience and knowledge. LEC will assist to diagnose the current state, design the future state, guide planning and
implementation, and offer continuous development suggestions at the project end.
(3). Systematic Assessment Service:
The service gives a one-time assessment on Lean production or service management capability of a target enterprise or
organization. In addition to helping the client to see a clearer picture of its organizational status quo, the assessment results can
also provide useful information to facilitate the client’s strategic decisions on M&A, corporate transformation, corporate internal
incentive system, etc. LEC can also help building up assessment systems for enterprises and organizations that need frequent
assessments.
