Speaker Introduction:
Fred Wang now works for Goodrich Corporate as the Continuous Improvement
(CI) Manager, China Supply Chain, being responsible for leading and promoting
CI foundation training, lean tools and system application and best practice
sharing, and CI culture and theory spreading, in order to fully support Goodrich
supply chain management and lean transformation in China.
Prior to Goodrich, Fred was with Lean Enterprise China (one affiliate of Lean
Enterprise Institute, i.e. LEI) as an engagement manager.
Fred holds MSE of Industrial & Operations Engineering from University of
Michigan, U.S. and BSE of Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao-tong
